摘要
目的探讨基于湿性愈合理念应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗胫前软组织挫裂伤的临床效果。方法选取2023年6月至2025年5月联勤保障部队第九八七医院急诊科收治的92例胫前软组织挫裂伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)与观察组(46例),对照组接受常规清创换药治疗,观察组接受MEBO换药治疗,比较两组患者治疗第3天换药时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、创面粘连率、创面感染及创面出血情况、伤后2个月后创面瘢痕情况。结果观察组的创面愈合天数短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面粘连率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面感染、创面出血占比及瘢痕率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于湿性愈合理念应用MEBO治疗胫前软组织挫裂伤的临床效果显著,可有效促进创面的愈合,减少创面粘连及愈后瘢痕发生,减轻患者疼痛感,操作简单,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO)in treating pretibial soft tissue contusion and lacerations based on the concept of moist healing.Methods A total of 92 patients of pretibial soft tissue contusion and lacerations admitted to the Department of Emergency of the 987th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from June 2023 to May 2025 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional debridement and dressing change treatment,while the observation group received MEBO dressing change treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,wound adhesion rate,wound infection and bleeding during dressing change on the third day of treatment,and wound scar 2 months after injury were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound adhesion rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The proportions of wound infection,wound bleeding,and scar formation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the concept of moist healing,the clinical effect of MEBO in treating pretibial soft tissue contusion and lacerations is remarkable,which can effectively promote wound healing,reduce wound adhesion and post-healing scarring,reduce pain in patients,and is simple to operate,safe and effective,and is worthy of promotion.
