摘要
目的 探讨子宫颈高级别上皮内病变患者采用宫颈环形电切术(loop electrosurgical excisional procedure,LEEP)联合干扰素和保妇康栓治疗的效果。方法 选择2021年1月—2024年1月仪征市人民医院收治宫颈高级别上皮内病变患者120例,以治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组60例予以LEEP治疗,观察组60例再加干扰素和保妇康栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状积分、炎症因子水平与并发症发生情况。结果 相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率更高(95.00%vs 83.33%),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。相较于治疗前,治疗后两组各症状积分均明显降低,且观察组各积分分别更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相较于治疗前,治疗后两组各炎性因子水平均明显降低,且观察组各因子水平分别更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组并发症率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫颈高级别上皮内病变患者采用LEEP联合干扰素和保妇康栓治疗的效果确切,对患者症状改善、炎症反应减轻与并发症风险降低均有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure(LEEP) combined with interferon and Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions.Methods A total of 120 patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions admitted to Yizheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group 60 cases was treated with LEEP,and the observation group 60 cases was treated with interferon and Baofukang Suppository on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom score,inflammatory factor levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(95.00% vs 83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.227,P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the pretreatment,the levels of all inflammatory factors were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment,and the levels of all factors were lower in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the complication rate was lower in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP combined with interferon and Baofukang Suppository is effective in the treatment of patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions.It has positive significance for the improvement of symptoms,the reduction of inflammatory response and the risk of complications.
