摘要
本文针对气相法流化床结块的问题,分析了静电、床层料位、颗粒形态、催化剂等对结块的影响,并提出了通过反应器预处理、控制杂质含量、消除静电、调节催化剂加料系统、控制料位、超声波除垢等措施,可防止和减少聚乙烯流化床结块,利于装置的长周期运行。
This paper aims at the phenomenon of agglomeration in gas phase fluidized bed,the effects of static electricity,bed level,particle morphology and catalyst etc.on agglomeration were analyzed.The measures such as reactor pretreatment,controlling impurity content,eliminating static electricity,adjusting catalyst feeding system and ultrasonic descaling are put forward to prevent and reduce the agglomeration of polyethylene fluidized bed,which is conducive to long-term operation of the unit.
