摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)因其优良的性能被广泛应用,目前处于快速发展阶段。本文按照UHMWPE的不同聚合反应条件对淤浆法、溶液法和气相法进行综述,在介绍UHMWPE生产工艺现状的基础上,分析比较相关生产工艺的优缺点,同时简述相关工艺对应其产品的特点、应用与市场现状,最后对生产工艺发展前景进行展望。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)is widely used because of its excellent prop⁃erties,and is currently in a rapid development stage.In this paper,slurry method,solution method and gas phase method were introduced according to different polymerization conditions.The present situation of produc⁃tion technology of ultra⁃high molecular weight polyethylene was introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of production technology were compared.The characteristics of its products,applications and market status were introduced,and the development prospects of the production process were prospected.
