摘要
针对时速160 km动力集中动车组的折棚风挡在运用过程中出现的拉簧断裂故障进行了原因分析,提出了结构改进方案,并通过计算和试验验证了改进结构拉簧的寿命明显提高。
This paper conducts the cause analysis of tension spring fracture of gangway bellows of 160 km/h power concentrated EMU during application process,puts forward structural improvement scheme.Through calculation and test,it is verified that service life of tension spring with improved structure is significantly increased.
