摘要
分析了气相法聚乙烯装置中反应器结块的各种原因,针对反应器扩大段处的结块、反应器内静电引起的结块、因催化剂活性太高导致的爆米花料以及反应器分布板下部的结块等提出了有效的预防措施,以确保气相法聚乙烯装置能够安全、稳定、长周期运行。
The various causes for agglomeration in gas-phase polyethylene reactor were analyzed in detail. The effective precaution measures were set forth for the agglomeration appeared in expanded stage of the reactor, agglomeration caused by static electricity inside the reactor, agglomeration in the form of popcorn-like brought about by overhigh catalytic activity and agglomeration at bottom of distributing plate of the reactor, aimed at ensuring safe, stable and long-term operation of the gas-phase polyethylene plant.
