聚四氟乙烯改性超高分子量聚乙烯的摩擦磨损性能研究进展

摘要 综述了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的研究进展,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)改性超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料改善了其摩擦磨损性能,降低了摩擦因数,提高了耐磨性。针对特种工况条件,采用PTFE和其他材料匹配改性UHMWPE,发挥材料的各自优点,研制和开发具有高强度、耐冲击、耐磨损等综合性能良好的UHMWPE复合材料,为我国机械基础零部件发展提供技术支撑。 The research progress of the friction and wear properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)composites was reviewed.The UHMWPE composite material modified with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)improved its friction and wear properties,reduced the coefficient of friction,and increased the wear resis-tance.For special working conditions,PTFE and other materials matched modified UHMWPE,the respective advantages of materials had been utilized.The UHMWPE composite material was researched and developed,it had excellent comprehensive properties such as high strength,impact resistance,and wear resistance.The technical support for the development of mechanical basic components in China has been provided.
