摘要
采用问卷调查的方式收集资料,以城市老年人志愿服务参与状况为因变量,以人口特征、健康状况、经济状况、家庭状况、非正式社会支持、社区支持、志愿服务参与意识作为自变量进行多元回归分析。研究发现:相比无再就业意愿城市老年人,有再就业意愿城市老年人的志愿服务参与频率更高;相比居住在单位家属院或村改居社区的老年人,居住在商品房小区的城市老年人的志愿服务参与频率更低;健康状况(上一年看病频率,对身体健康状况的主观评价)越好、从亲朋好友处得到的支持越多、社区支持(基础设施满意度、社区融入、社区服务种类数)越好的城市老年人志愿服务参与频率越高。促进老年人参与志愿服务的对策建议:全社会加强对老年人参与志愿服务的宣传,社区做好对老年人参与志愿服务的引导工作,完善老年人参与志愿服务的激励机制,等等。
Data were collected through questionnaire surveys,and multiple regression analysis was conducted with voluntary activities of the urban elderly as the dependent variable,and seven indicators,namely population characteristics,health status,economic status,family status,informal social support,community support and awareness of voluntary participation,as independent variables.Results show that compared with the urban elderly who have no intention of being reemployed after retirement,those who have such an intention shows a higher frequency of voluntary participation.The frequency of volunteer service participation of the urban elderly living in commercial residential areas is lower than that of older adults living in staff residences or “country-to-residence” communities.A higher frequency of volunteer service participation is relevant to better health status(frequency of seeing a doctor in the previous year,subjective evaluation of physical health status),more support from friends and relatives,and better community support(infrastructure satisfaction,service types and community integration).Suggestions to encourage voluntary activities of the elderly were proposed.Firstly,we need to strengthen publicity in the whole society.Secondly,communities should play a guiding role in voluntary participation of the elderly.Thirdly,we should improve relevant incentive mechanisms.
