摘要
食品安全是衡量现代人生活质量的基本标准,高校餐饮服务的食品安全关系到每个师生的健康安全。因此,及时发现餐饮服务食品安全风险并做好防范,是高校后勤管理的重中之重。本文简要分析了高校餐饮服务食品安全风险及原因,并针对原因提出风险防范措施,即引入市场竞争机制,重视餐饮服务的公益性;加强食品安全监管,创新餐饮服务监管体系;加强食品安全管理,完善餐饮服务管理制度;加强人员培养,提高餐饮服务人员的综合素质。
Food safety is the basic standard to measure the quality of life of modern people, the food safety of college catering service is related to the health and safety of each teacher and student, therefore, timely discovery of food safety risk of catering service and do a good job of prevention, is the top priority of college logistics management. This paper briefly analyzes the risk and reasons of food safety of catering service in colleges and universities, and puts forward risk prevention measures, that is, introducing market competition mechanism and attaching importance to the public welfare of catering service;strengthen food safety supervision, innovation of catering service supervision system;strengthen food safety management, improve the catering service management system;strengthen personnel training, improve the comprehensive quality of catering service personnel.
