摘要 在新形势下,人们对饮食生活和餐饮服务的要求也变得更加多样化,保障食品安全已成为餐饮服务的首要任务。为了确保食品质量安全,有必要加强食品安全监测检验。因此,相关部门需要高度重视餐饮服务食品安全检测工作,并积极优化和完善检测方式,确保人们在饮食安全和餐饮服务方面得到保障。本文将分析国内餐饮服务食品安全监管形势,并提出有效的策略加强相关监测检验工作,为我国餐饮服务食品安全监测工作的开展提供参考和指导。 In the new situation,people’s requirements for food and beverage life and services have become more diverse,and ensuring food safety has become the primary task of catering services.In order to ensure food quality and safety,it is necessary to strengthen food safety monitoring and inspection.Therefore,relevant departments need to attach great importance to food safety testing in catering services,and actively optimize and improve testing methods to ensure that people are guaranteed in terms of food safety and catering services.This article will analyze the situation of food safety supervision in domestic catering services and propose effective strategies to strengthen relevant monitoring and inspection work,in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of food safety monitoring in domestic catering services.
