校园食品安全与师生健康息息相关,一直是社会关注的热点问题。政府要求相关部门严格落实校园食品安全监管职责,做好校园食品检测工作。本文分析了食品快检技术在保障校园食品安全中应用的原因,准确把握了食品快检技术在保障校园食品安全中的应用环节,明确了食品快检技术在保障校园食品安全中应用存在的问题,并提出了一系列优化食品快检技术在保障校园食品安全中应用的对策。
Campus food safety is closely related to the health of teachers and students,and has always been a hot issue of social concern.The government requires relevant departments to strictly implement the supervision of campus food safety and do a good job in campus food testing.This paper analyzes the reasons for the application of fast food inspection technology in ensuring campus food safety,accurately grasp the application link of fast food inspection technology in ensuring campus food safety,identifies the problems existing in the application of fast food inspection technology in ensuring campus food safety,and puts forward a series of countermeasures to optimize the application of fast food inspection technology in ensuring campus food safety.
