摘要
文章主要从行动研究在护理教育领域应用的概念与内容、起源与发展、理论基础与特点及行动研究的基本步骤和方法四个方面进行介绍,通过全面检索PubMed、Springer、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、万方及维普等数据库,按照“计划-行动-观察/评价-反思”这四个不同层次阶段的行动研究实施过程的核心步骤和方法,逐一进行横向对比归纳总结国内外行动研究法在护理教育领域应用的现状以及有待进一步研究解决的相关问题,并对行动研究法应用的延展性和影响深度进行思考,以期为我国的护理教育领域在提高教学质量、改革教学模式、丰富教学设计及改善教学现状等方面提供参考和依据。
The article mainly introduces the concept and content,origin and development,theoretical basis and characteristics,and basic steps and methods of action research in the field of nursing education.Through a comprehensive search of PubMed,Springer,Web of Science,Embase,China Databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu,from the core steps and specific methods of the implementation of action research,that is,in accordance with the four-level spiral cycle of"plan-action-observation-reflection",conduct a horizontal comparison and sum at home and abroad.The current status of the application of the action research method in the field of nursing education and related nursing education issues that need to be further studiedand resolved,and the extension and depth of its application are considered,with a view to improving the quality of teaching and reforming the teaching model in the field of nursing education in China and enrich the teaching design and other aspects to provide reference and basis.
