摘要
目的对比分析神经内科住院患者压疮(PU)预防评估表(NPURAS)与Braden量表的应用效果。方法 将神经内科患者随机分为A、B两组,A组用NPURAS表进行评估,B组用Braden量表评估,根据评估结果分别给予相应的护理措施。结果 A组压疮发生率低于B组(0.5%vs.2.5%)(P<0.05)。结论 NPURAS更加直观,易于操作,适合国内神经内科住院患者预防PU使用。
Objective To compare the application outcomes of NPURAS with Braden scales used in evaluating neurological patients with pressure ulcer（PU）.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups of A using self-developed risk assessment scale and group B using Braden table evaluation.The management of nursing was given on the basis of evaluations.ResultsThe incidence rate of PU was significantly lower in group A than that in group B（0.5% vs. 2.5%）（P0.05）.Conclusion NPURAS is more intuitive,easy to operate and more suitable for domestic neurological in-patients to prevent the occurrence of pressure sores.
