摘要 智能教育产品的研发与应用是智能教育领域关注的热点话题,旨在以新兴智能技术为依托,打造面向多元学习场景的智能教育产品生态,实现多元学习场域的泛在感知和深度融通,构建面向全周期、多场景的智能教育数据生态,以此重构智能时代的教育服务供给模式。智能教育产品的应用通过学习意图识别与应答、学习情境感知与计算、学习数据采集与汇聚、学生画像构建与更新、学习需求分析与预测、学习服务生成与推送,能够在学习中扮演“助学者”“导学者”“督学者”“伴学者”的角色,从多个维度重构智能教育服务的供给体系。从长远来看,智能教育产品的应用能够实现“人—机—物—环境”的泛在感知和智能互联,打造“产品—资源—数据—服务”一体化的智能教育供给模式,强化“学校—家庭—场馆—户外”多元学习场域的深度融通,构筑“学生—教师—家长”多端联动的智慧教育学习社区,以此重构基于AIoT的智慧教育新生态。未来智能教育产品的研发需要重视以下内容:研发与改进基于多模态交互的智能教育产品、打造联通多元学习场景的智能教育产品生态、构建人机协同学习的理论体系、划定智能教育产品应用的伦理边界、构建智能教育产品的评价体系、推动优质智能教育产品的普及等。 The development and application of smart education products is a hot topic in the field.It aims to build a smart education product ecosystem oriented to multiple learning scenarios based on emerging smart technologies,which can realize the ubiquitous perception and in-depth integration of multiple learning fields,and build a full-cycle,multi-scenario-oriented intelligent education data ecology,so as to reconstruct the education service supply model in the intelligent era.The application of intelligent education products through learning intention recognition and response,learning context perception and calculation,learning data collection and aggregation,student portrait construction and update,learning demand analysis and prediction,learning service generation,and push.Smart education products can play the role of"facilitating scholars,""guide scholars,""supervising scholars,"and"accompanied scholars"in learning,which can reconstruct the supply system of intelligent education services from multiple dimensions.In the long term,the application of intelligent education products can realize the ubiquitous perception and intelligent interconnection of"human-machine-things-environment,"create an integrated intelligent education supply mode of"products-resources-data-service,"realize the in-depth integration of multiple learning fields of"school-home-venue-outdoor"and build a smart education learning community with multiple linkages of"students-teacher-parents,"so as to reconstruct a new ecology of smart education based on AIoT.In the future,the research and development of smart education products need to pay attention to the following aspects:realizing the development and improvement of intelligent education products based on multi-modal interaction,creating a smart education product ecosystem that connects multiple learning scenarios,constructing a theoretical system of human-computer collaborative learning,delimiting the ethical boundaries of the application of smart education products,building an evaluation system for smart education products,and promoting the popularization of high-quality intelligent education products.
