摘要
在线学习干预是对学习者实时规划、监测、评估与纠正的综合活动,对于解决远程学习中监管困难、参与度低、情绪困扰等问题具有重要价值。如何设计与研发智能助学工具,如何开展基于教育智能体等工具的学习干预,是当前国内在线教育领域亟待解决的问题。通过概述在线学习干预的研究进展,分析基于学习分析仪表盘的在线学习干预研究现状,发现该工具在促进元认知、支持人机协同、调节学习者情绪三个方面仍有缺陷。基于此,进一步梳理了基于教育智能体的在线学习干预研究现状,从干预时空的全覆盖、干预过程的适切性、干预形态的人性化三个方面明晰其优势,并从学习空间建设、情绪采集识别与数据素养培育三个维度,提出了基于教育智能体的在线学习干预发展建议,旨在为人工智能赋能的在线学习干预的设计与发展提供借鉴。
Online learning intervention is a comprehensive activity of real-time planning,monitoring,evaluation and correction for learners.Intervention activities have important value in solving the problems of supervision difficulties,low participation and emotional distress in distance learning.How to design and develop intelligent student aid tools?How to carry out learning intervention based on educational agents and other tools?This is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of online education in China.This study summarizes the research progress of online learning intervention,and then analyzes the research status of online learning intervention based on learning analysis dashboard.It is found that the tool still has defects in promoting metacognition,supporting human-computer cooperation and regulating learners’emotions.Further,the research combs the relevant research on online learning intervention based on educational agents,and analyzes its advantages from three aspects:the full coverage of intervention time and space,the appropriateness of intervention process,and the humanization of intervention form.Finally,from the three dimensions of the construction of learning space,the identification of emotion and the cultivation of data literacy,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of online learning intervention based on pedagogical agents.This study hopes to provide a reference for the design and development of AI enabled online learning interventions.
