智能教育场域中的学习者建模研究趋向 被引量:59

The Research Development Trend of Learner Modeling in the Perspective of Intelligent Education

摘要 在智能教育时代下,个性化学习者模型的构建是变革智能教育服务模式、破解教育公平问题、实现差异化教学的关键。从学习者模型构建的发展趋势来看,大数据和人工智能技术将是推动智能教育场域中学习者建模发展的核心要素,能够在极大程度上促进学习者建模的研究进程。通过对人工智能支持下的学习者建模研究的理论趋向、目标趋向、数据趋向、特征趋向、技术趋向加以系统阐述,发现智能教育时代学习者模型的构建,需要以认知主义、人本主义、建构主义等经典学习理论为指导,实现面向学习者的多层次、全方位建模分析;需要利用人工智能技术,实现基于多模态感知的全时空多维度数据采集;需要构建时空融合的建模分析方法,对学习者“知识、认知、情感、交互”等潜在特征进行深入挖掘,实现对学习者知识建构模式、认知发展规律、情感发生机制的深层解析。在智能教育场域中,学习者模型的构建,对智能化的资源供给、个性化的教学干预、精准化的教育治理、智慧化的评价体系、科学化的教育研究的开展,具有广阔的应用前景。 The construction of personalized learner model in the era of intelligent education is the key to transforming the intelligent education service model,solving the problem of educational equity and realizing differentiated teaching.From the development trend of learner model construction,big data and artificial intelligence technology will be the core elements to promote the development of learner modeling in the era of intelligent education,which can greatly promote the research progress of learner modeling.Through the theoretical trend,goal trend,data trend,feature trend and technology trend of learner modeling research supported by artificial intelligence,it is found that the construction of the learner model in the era of intelligent education needs to be guided by classical learning theories such as cognitiveism,humanism,and constructivism,so as to realize the multi-level and all-round modeling analysis for learners;use multimodal sensing technology to realize full-temporal multi-dimensional data acquisition;construct a time-space fusion modeling analysis method to deeply explore the potential characteristics of the learner’s“knowledge,cognition,emotion,interaction”and achieve the deep analysis of the learners’knowledge construction mode,cognitive development law and emotion mechanism.The construction of the learner model in the era of intelligent education has broad application prospects for intelligent resource supply,personalized teaching intervention,precise education management,intelligent evaluation system,and scientific education research.
