摘要
研究了复合变质剂对ZA2 7合金组织、力学性能、耐磨性和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明 ,加入复合变质剂能细化晶粒 ,显微组织由粗大的树枝状变成细小花朵状 ,组成相分布均匀、弥散 ;抗拉强度提高 1 0 % ,延伸率提高 4 7% ;摩擦系数降低 2 3.9% ,磨损率降低 4 5.9% ;变质处理还能提高ZA2 7合金的阻尼性能 ,经变质处理后的试样内耗提高 50 % ,发现ZA2 7合金为发挥其阻尼作用 ,在频率高于6 0Hz时 ,效果明显 ,且经变质后的试样强迫振动衰减效果比未变质的试样强。
The effects of compound modificator on microstructure,mechanical properties,wearing properties and damping properties of ZA27 alloy have been studied.The experimental results showed that adding compound modificator could refine grain, change microstructures from branches to flowers, increase tensile strength by 10 %, and increase elongation by 47 %, reduce friction coefficients by 23.9 %,and reduce wearing rate by 45.9 %.The compound modifier could improve the damping property of ZA27 alloy.The internal friction of ZA27 alloy increased by 50 %,when compound modificator added. ZA27 alloy has a good damping property when the frequency is higher than 60 Hz,and the ability of forced vibration attenuation of ZA27 alloy is better when adding compound modificator.
