摘要
分别采用稀土合金、硼钛复合盐及硼钛中间合金对ZA27锌铝合金进行变质处理,探讨了变质剂对合金组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土合金能细化晶粒,改变组织的分布状态,使合金的强度、塑性、韧性有一定程度的提高。当添加稀土量大于0.08%,则形成(RE,Cu)Al4Zn7化合物,使强度、塑韧性下降。硼钛中间合金易引起偏析及遗传等不利影响。而硼钛复合盐能有效地细化ZA27的初生α相晶粒,显著提高合金的强度及塑韧性,是三种变质剂中效果最好的一种。
The ZA27 alloy modified by rare earth elements, B-Ti alloy, and B-Ti Composite salt was studied. The results show that rare earth elements can refine the grains and change structural morphologies and phase distributions of the alloy, as a result, the strength, plasticity and toughness are slightly increased. When the rare earth elements amounts are added to the alloy more than 0.08%,(RE,Cu)Al4Zn7 compound will be formed,and the strength,plasticity,and toughness decreases.The BTi alloy is not suitable for the modifying of the alloy,because of its segregation and heredity. The effective grain refinement has been achieved by adding B-Ti Composite salt to the ZA-27 alloy,the remarkable improvement in the ductility and toughness has been obtained
