摘要 研究了热处理工艺对冷拉态Fe 13Cr 2.5Mo阻尼合金的微观组织、力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。研究发现:水淬温度为900℃和1100℃时对数衰减率各有一个相近的峰值;900℃时由于合金组织完成了回复再结晶,阻尼性能保持较高的水平;而1100℃时,合金中碳化物溶解,晶粒快速长大,导致较大尺寸的磁畴形成,使得合金的内耗值很高。淬火温度的提高,使合金的强度和塑性逐渐降低。合金的较佳热处理工艺为900℃×2h水淬。 The effects of heat treatment on the mechanical properties, microstructure and internal friction property of cold-drawn Fe-13Cr-2.5Mo alloy were studied. The results show that the internal friction of the damping alloy reached the highest values at 900℃ and 1 100℃ respectively, because the recovery and recrystallization resulting from the heat-treatment at 900℃ made magnetoelastic energy, and the solution of carbides at 1 100℃ changed domain-wall energy. As the temperature increased further, the mechanical properties decreased gradually due to the coarsening of grains and the solution of carbides. The optimal heat treatment procedure will be quenching at 900℃,2h,WQ.
