摘要
目的:了解南京市15所基层医疗机构内镜中心的医院感染管理和内镜清洗消毒效果的现状,提出行之有效的改进措施。方法:根据《软式内镜清洗消毒技术规范》设计调查表,通过现场调研的方式,对内镜中心的布局设施、清洗消毒(灭菌)流程、监测和记录、培训和职业安全防护四个方面进行评定。同时,现场抽检内镜的清洗消毒质量。结果:15所基层医疗机构中,93.3%的内镜中心配备四槽以上的清洗消毒站,33.3%配备自动清洗消毒机,60.0%每天(或每次)对内镜进行测漏,40.0%每季度开展内镜消毒效果监测,约46.7%为工作人员配备防护用品和开展培训。现场抽检的结果,内镜的消毒质量合格率在80%-90%。结论:目前我市基层医疗机构内镜中心的医院感染管理仍存才诸多问题,需采取多方面的改进策略,以建立完善的管理制度和流程。
Objective:This study investigates the quality of nosocomial infection management and the cleaning and disinfection effects of flexible endoscopes in 15 primary medical institutions,to find common problems existing in the endoscopy centers and propose effective improvements measures.Method:Design a survey form according to“Technical Specifications for Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscopes”.Through the method of on-site investigation,the layout facilities,and cleaning and disinfection process,monitoring and recording,training and occupational safety protection of the endoscopy centers were evaluated.At the same time,we inspected the quality of cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope.Results:Among the 15 primary medical institutions,93.3%of the endoscopy centers are equipped with more than four tank cleaning and disinfection stations,33.3%are equipped with automatic cleaning and disinfection machines,60.0%carry out leak testing of endoscopes every day,and 40.0%carry out disinfection effect monitoring every quarter.46.7%of the staff are equipped with protective equipment and regular training is carried out.According to the results of spot inspection,the qualified rate of disinfection quality of the endoscope is 80%-90%.Conclusion:At present,the management quality of the endoscopy center of the primary medical institutions has not reached a satisfactory level.It is still necessary to further improve the hardware conditions and improve the management system.
