摘要
目的了解南京市中医医疗机构内镜中心(室)医院感染管理以及软式内镜清洗消毒现状。方法采用现场调研和抽检方式对南京市10家中医医疗机构内镜中心综合管理情况和内镜清洗消毒质量进行检测。结果10家中医院内镜中心有4家医院的综合管理情况被评定为"优秀",2家医院被评定为"非常优秀"。现场抽检15条内镜消毒质量,合格率为93.3%。结论绝大多数医院按照规范要求合理开展内镜诊疗活动,保证软式内镜清洗消毒质量,重视医务人员职业安全防护,并定期开展相关监测和培训。
Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection management and the cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes in endoscopy centers(rooms)of medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Nanjing.Methods On-site investigation and random inspection were used to test the comprehensive management of the endoscopy centers and the quality of endoscope cleaning and disinfection in 10 medical institutions of TCM in Nanjing.Results The comprehensive managements of 4 out of 10 endoscopy centers in TCM hospitals were rated as"excellent"and 2 hospitals as"very excellent".15 endoscopes were sampled for disinfection quality,and the qualified rate was 93.3%.Conclusion Most hospitals can reasonably carry out endoscopic diagnosis and treatment activities in accordance with the requirements of the guidelines for ensuring the quality of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes.The occupational safety protection of medical staff are paid attention to and regularly relevant monitoring and training are carried out.
