摘要
目的通过调查广西省各级医院软式内镜清洗消毒现状,分析存在的问题并提出对策。方法制定调查方案,对95个内镜室清洗消毒人员进行问卷调查。结果设有独立的清洗消毒室的占89.47%,设有独立内镜贮藏室占53.68%,配备高压气枪占84.21%,配备高压水枪占87.37%,配备内镜清洗工作站占78.95%,配备超声清洗器占55.79%,清洗人员以护士为主占93.68%,戴眼部防护用品占65.26%,均使用清洗刷占57.89%,多酶洗液一用一换占68.42%,活检钳灭菌方法采用戊二醛浸泡占38.95%、压力蒸汽灭菌占30.53%,消毒剂种类以2%戊二醛为主占96.84%,戊二醛浓度每日监测占89.47%。结论广西各级医院近年在软式内镜的清洗消毒管理上取得了一定的进步,但在硬件建设和质量控制上仍存在不少问题;应该加强硬件投入,树立风险意识,重视培训教育,注意细节管理,规范操作流程,增进同行交流,开展技术准入。
[ Objective ] Through the investigation of the cleaning and disinfection situation of flexible endoscope the hospitals in Guangxi province to analyze the existing problems and puts forward solutions. [ Methods ] The survey programs were set up for ninety five endoscopy rooms cleaning and disinfection personnel questionnaire. [ Restilts] Cleaning and disinfection room was provided with independent accounted for 89.47%, endoscopic storage room was provided with an independent accounting for 53.68%, equipped with high pressure air guns accounted for 84.21%, equipped with high pressure water guns accounted for 87.37%, equipped with within mirror cleaning workstation accounted for 78.95%, equipped with ultrasonic cleaning machine accounted for 55.79%, cleaning personnel mainly were nurses accounted for 93.68%, Wear eye protection products accounted for 65.26%, Use cleaning brush accounted for 57.89%, a replacement using a person of multi enzyme wash liquid accounted for 68.42%, sterilization methods of biopsy forceps soaked by glutaraldehyde accounted for 38.95%, pressure steam sterilization of glutaraldehyde accounted for 30.53%, disinfectant species mainly based on 2% glutaraldehyde accounted for 96.84%, daily glutaraldehyde concentration monitor accounted for 89.47%. [ Conclusion ] Flexible endoscope cleaning and disinfection management in at all levels hospitals of Guangxi province has made definite progress in recent years, but there＇s still a lot of hardware construction and quality control issues; find out the solutions of strengthening the hardware inputs, establishing risk awareness, enhancing training ,education, and detail management, standardized processes, enhance peer exchange and technical access.
