摘要
目的:了解我省医疗机构消化内镜清洗消毒现状,加强消毒灭菌质量与安全管理,规范医疗机构消化内镜清洗消毒行为。方法:制作检查表,随机抽取56所医疗机构检查消化内镜清洗消毒管理情况并进行分析结果:调查的56所医疗机构均制定了相应的内镜管理制度及管理方法,设专(兼)职人员负责本单位医疗废物管理工作,但防护用品不全者占80.36%。分设单独的清洗消毒室和内镜诊疗室占41.07%,有内镜贮藏设施占57.14%;现场演示内镜清洗消毒程序符合要求60.71%,内镜消毒处理方法合格率64.29%;使用多酶洗液清洗内镜者占48.21%;活检钳采用压力蒸汽与环氧乙烷灭菌26.78%。消化内镜的清洗、消毒现状不容乐观,存在导致患者发生医院感染的隐患。结论:加强人员培训,强化监督管理,进一步规范医疗机构消化内镜清洗消毒工作,做到依法管理。
OBJECTIVE To acknowledge the current administrative situation of digestive endoscope disinfection in Hebei Province and to strengthen the quality and safety management so as to normalize the actions of washing and disinfection of endoscope. METItODS： To make an investigation table and make an investigation and sampling on the spot in the gastroseopy rooms of 56 hospitals. Result： All institutes investigated have laid down the corresponding rules and methods of digestive endoscope management. There are special persons in charge of management of medical wastes. But the units which preventive and protective materials are not complete take up 80. 36% There are 41. 07 % institutes to have separated washing-disinfection room and diagnosis--treatment room;There are 57.14 % institutes to have endoscopic store equpments;The eligible rate of washing--disinfection procedure of digestive endoscope is 60.71%; The eligible rate of disinfection methods is 64.29 % ,The hospitals using multiple enzyme detergents for washing endoscope accounted for 48.21%;Sterilization of biopsy forceps by autoclaving or cyclo-ethane take up 26.78%. （CONCLUSION）The status of washing-disinfection of digestive endoscope is far from satisfaction and latent risks of hospital infection exist. Conclusion： So we should strengthen the professional training of the medical workers,enhance supervision management, normalize the work of washing-disinfection of digestive endoscope,manage it according to corresponding rules.
