摘要
建立测定通宣理肺丸中白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素和紫花前胡苷含量的方法,为评价通宣理肺丸中前胡投料情况提供参考。采用Agilent ZorbaxSB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为321 nm,柱温为35℃。结果显示,白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素、紫花前胡苷分别在2.362~47.24μg/mL(r=0.9999)、1.664~33.28μg/mL(r=0.9999)、8.108~162.16μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围内呈线性关系,加样回收率分别为96.51%、97.09%、97.41%。说明该方法结果准确、操作简单,既可用于筛查通宣理肺丸中前胡投料情况,又可测定通宣理肺丸中白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素和紫花前胡苷的含量。
To establish a method for content determination of praeruptorin A,praeruptorin B and nodakenin in Tongxuan Lifei pills.To provide a basis for evaluating the using of Peucedani Radix in Tongxuan Lifei pills.The separation was performed with Agilent ZorbaxSB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).A gradient elution of methanol and water were adopted as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 321 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.The results showed praeruptorin A,praeruptorin B and nodaken showed the good linear relationship in the range of 2.362~47.24μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),1.664~33.28μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)and 8.108~162.16μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997)respectively.The average recoveries were 96.51%,97.09%and 97.41%,respectively.The established method was accurate,reliable and simple,which was adoptable for quality control of Peucedani Radix and can be used to determine the contents of praeruptorin A,praeruptorin B and nodakenin in Tongxuan Lifei pills.
