摘要
前胡是一种常用中药 ,其主要化学成分为香豆素类化合物。近年来的文献报道都是以此为基础来进行前胡的含量分析测定从而控制药材的质量。已报道的定量分离分析方法有紫外分光光度法、气相色谱法。
Qianhu is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. It has been found that a noticeable amount of coumarins is contained in Qianhu, which can be determined to control the quality of Qianhu according to the present references. The isolation and determination methods of coumarins include UV,GC and HPLC etc.
