摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法建立通宣理肺丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱,流动相为:甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(47:53:0.3:0.02),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为278 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.2016-1.612 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为1.42%(n=5)。结论:方法操作简便,重现性好,可作为该药的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Tongxuanlifei pills. Method: The Diamonsil C18 column was used, the methanol-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine (47:53:0.3:0.02) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and detecting wavelength was at 278 nm. Result: The linearity was obtained with in a range of 0.2016-1.6128 μg,r = 0.999 7,the average recovery was 98.6% , RSD 1.4% (n =5). Conclusion: The method is easy and simple, and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
