摘要
目的以临床多学科协作教学模式应用为主要方法,报道了多学科联合PBL教学查房在临床护理带教的实践,旨在探讨一种新的护理教学查房模式,为优化护理临床教学提出一些思考和建议。方法以临床多学科协作结合PBL为主要教学表现形式,构建护理教学查房临床带教模式。结果临床多学科协作教学模式培养了护士和学生的综合评估能力和创新能力。结论多学科联合PBL教学查房在临床护理带教的应用,能够优化临床护理教学,值得在医学院校中推广应用。
Purpose:It is reported to practice on application of multi-disciplinary teaching model combining with PBL by ways of multi-disciplinary teamwork,for the purpose of exploring a new nursing teaching round model,in order to make some recommendation for improving clinical nursing teaching.Method:tobuild up clinical nursing teaching round focusing on combination of multi-disciplinary teamwork and PBL.Result:clinical mul-tidisciplinary teamwork teaching model cultivates comprehensive evaluation andcreativity capacity for both nurses andnursing students.Conclusion:application of multi-disciplinary teachingmodel combining with PBL for clinical nursing teaching round,which could improve clinical nursing teaching,is recommended to generalized and applied.
