摘要
分层教学体现了“因材施教”的教学原则,是适应当前中等职业学校生源现状的一种有效对策。以上海市医药学校03级数学、英语两门学科为例阐述分层教学模式,对分层教学理论在该校的实践进行了理论剖析,并就此提出几点思考。
Multi-level teaching not only embodies the principle of teaching according to individual characteristics, but also is an effective strategy to adapt to the present condition of the students resources among secondary vocational schools. This essay elaborates the mode of multi-level teaching practised in the teaching of Maths and English of Grade 2003 at Shanghai Pharmaceutical School, theoretically analyzes the practice of multi-level teaching theory and offers some ideas about it as well.
