摘要
目的统筹医院内镜清洗消毒管理,从而保证质量并提高效率。方法采用现场实地走访调研对医院内镜清洗消毒的情况进行了解、跟踪,通过更换消毒液、规范清洗消毒流程、统一增配人力等方式进行实际运行中的规范管理。比较干预前后工作量和患者等候时间。结果更换消毒液及规范洗消流程后,洗消时间缩短一半;统一增配人力后,改善了洗消高峰时段拥挤的现象。干预后工作量和患者等候时间均较干预前改善效果明显。结论全院内镜洗消统一管理及采用高品质消毒液,可以缩短清洗消毒时间,提高效率,增加工作量,缩短等候时间。
Objective To coordinate the cleaning and disinfection management of hospital endoscopes to ensure quality and improve efficiency.Methods On-site field visits and investigations were used to understand and track the cleaning and disinfection of hospital endoscopes,and conduct standardized management in actual operation by replacing disinfectant,standardizing cleaning and disinfecting procedures,and uniformly increasing manpower.Compared the workload and patient waiting time before and after the intervention.Results After replacing the disinfectant and standardizing the decontamination process,the decontamination time was reduced by half;after the unified increase of manpower,the crowding phenomenon during peak decontamination hours was improved.The workload and waiting time of patients after the intervention were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention.Conclusion The unified management of decontamination and the use of high-quality disinfectant in the whole hospital can shorten the cleaning and disinfection time,improve efficiency,increase workload,and shorten waiting time.
