应用计算机数据库加强放射科目标管理 ,提高了科室管理水平。开发应用放射科计算机数据库系统包括 :诊断符合率统计数据库 ,X线摄影质量管理系统 ,本科生教学管理系统 ,研究生管理系统 ,进修生管理系统 ,科室发表专著和论文系统 ,科研基金管理数据库系统 ,奖励统计系统 ,学术会议统计系统 。
The use of computer data banks to improve the Radiological Departments management by objectives has enhanced the management level of the department. The computer data bank system developed and used by the department includes: data bank for the statistics of diagnostic accordance rates; system for X ray photography quality management; system for the management of the education of undergraduates; system for the management of graduate students; system for the management of students receiving advanced professional training; system for the publication of monographs and theses by members of the department; data bank system for the management of research funds; system for the statistics of incentives; system for the statistics of academic conferences; and data bank for the management of equipment.
