摘要
目的探讨针刺对突发性感音神经性聋(SSNHL)患者生活质量及焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年9月收治我院的SSNHL患者100例,按照简单数字表法随机分成对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者予以常规药物治疗,观察组患者在予以常规药物治疗的基础上联合予以针刺治疗。干预治疗4周后,分别比较两组患者的听力改善情况、睡眠质量、心理状态以及生活质量。结果①治疗后观察组患者的听力改善情况明显优于对照组(F=6.905、4.237、2.063,P<0.05);②观察组患者的各项PSQI评分及总分均明显低于对照组患者(t=-9.946、-9.733、-12.854、-9.158、-9.880、-10.461、-17.809、-6.163,P<0.05);③观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(t=6.215、10.162,P<0.05);④观察组患者的GQOL、KPS评分显著高于对照组(t=-10.485、-4.700,P<0.05)。结论对SSNHL患者实施针刺治疗,不仅能够显著提高患者听力情况,且能够有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态以及生活质量,显著提高临床治疗效果,值得临床上广泛推广。
Objective To report the effect of acupuncture on quality of life and anxiety and depression in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL).Method From July 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with SSNHL were randomly divided into a control(n=50)and a study group(n=50).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapies,while patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture in addition to conventional therapies.After 4 weeks of intervention,hearing improvement,treatment efficacy,psychological status and quality of life indices were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,hearing improvement was better for the study group than the control group(P<0.05).PSQI scores were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).GQOL and KPS scores were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can not only significantly improve their hearing,but also effectively improve anxiety,depression and quality of life for patients with SSNHL,significantly improving clinical outcomes and worth to be adopted as part of management strategies.
