摘要
突发性聋(简称突聋)是耳鼻喉科常见病,突发的听力下降及伴随症状严重影响患者正常社交和生活质量。"血瘀"是突聋的关键发病因素和基本病机。血液运行不畅,甚或形成瘀滞,导致耳窍失养,发为突聋,这与西医内耳循环障碍的理论相契合。该文从中西医角度论述"血瘀"在突聋的发病、证候形成的重要作用,探讨其在临床诊治过程的指导意义。
Sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL)is a common disease in otolaryngology.Sudden hearing loss and accompanying symptoms seriously affect the normal social intercourse and quality of life of patients."Blood stasis"is the key pathogenic factor and basic pathogenesis of SSHL.Poor blood circulation,or even formation of stasis,leads to sudden hearing loss.This is consistent with the theory of circulation disorder of inner ear in Western medicine.This paper discusses the important role of"blood stasis"in the pathogenesis and syndrome formation of SSHL from the perspective of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and discusses its guiding significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
