摘要
近年来,国内电网电源结构发生了巨大变化,风电及光伏发电等大功率新能源并入电网。在利用可再生能源的同时,由于其电网不友好特性,对火力发电机组灵活性要求逐步提高。从储能电池系统联合火电机组对电网提供自动发电控制AGC(automatic generation control)调频角度出发,首先论述了国家针对调频服务的相关补偿政策;然后对调频补偿进行数学建模与分析;接着对储能经济进行数学分析;最后通过Matlab对广东某厂储能参与调频运行结果进行仿真,对储能投资进行评估。结果验证了储能联合发电机组调频具有良好经济效益。
In recent years,tremendous changes have taken place in the power supply structure of domestic power grid,e.g.,new energies with high power such as wind power and photovoltaic power are integrated into the power grid.Along with the utilization of renewable energies,their characteristics are becoming unfriendly to power grid.As a result,the requirement for the flexibility of thermal power generating units increases gradually.From the aspect of frequency modulation of automatic generation control(AGC)provided by the combination of thermal power units and an energy storage battery system,the relevant compensation policy of the state for frequency modulation service is discussed at first.Then,mathematical modeling and analysis of frequency modulation compensation is carried out,which is followed by mathematical analysis of the economy of energy storage.Finally,the participation by energy storage from one plant located in Guangdong Province in frequency modulation is simulated using Matlab,and the corresponding investment in energy storage is evaluated,showing that the frequency modulation by energy storage combined generating units has good economic benefits.
