摘要
介绍了国家863课题“燃煤电厂锅炉烟气微细粒子高效控制技术与设备”的研究成果,包括脉冲袋式除尘技术和设备的研发。通过在大型火电厂将电除尘器改造为袋式除尘器的实践,体现了研究成果在燃煤电厂锅炉烟气除尘工程中的应用。直通均流式袋式除尘器是针对我国燃煤电厂锅炉烟气条件和国情研发的专用除尘设备,具有净化效率高、系统阻力低、运行可靠、检修维护方便等特点,能在烟尘高负荷下安全运行,特别适合于大型燃煤电厂锅炉烟气的净化。
The paper aims to introduce the authors' research findings on one of the 863 programs "The High Efficiency Control Technique and System for Fine Particles of Flue Gas in Coal-burning Power Station Boiler". At the same time, it has analyzed the research and development of the neotype filting bag technology and the system structure. Actually, the research results have already been applied in the engineering practice of large coal-burning power stations, i.e. the application of technique for the flue gas in coal-burning power station boiler. First of all, the paper introduced the construction and the operating principle of the triturating and invention of the through-flow equalizing bag filter. Such pulse bag tilter has adopted air intake and off-take device with straight-in and straight-out method, so as to form and lead air flow into preformed space by installing a splitter & guide duct. The main features of the system include: short-distance circuitry, smooth air flow, low flowing rate, less resistant pressure from the equipment structure, prevention for scouring bags, reliable long operating life, etc. Based on the ESP to bag filter reform project in a large coal-burning power station, the technical data as shown in the paper has been worked out accurately, that is, (1) dust emission density of outlet 〈 20 mg/Nm^3; (2) equipment operating resistance pressure 〈 1200 Pa; (3) bags working life, 30000 h; (4) equipment body leak-in rate about 1%. All the technical data are in conformity with the technical demand and arrived at satisfactory social efficiency and environmental protection demands. The through-flow equalizing bag filter is the SPEC deducting equipment developed by us in accordance with the contraposed boiler gas conditions in China coal-burning power station and the situation of China. This bag filter has highly purification efficiency, low system resistance pressure, safety in operation, facility inspection and upkeep, etc. Since the filter can operate safely under dust high rate condition, specially adapt to deducting highly active in large coal fired power station.
