摘要
针对国电重庆恒泰发电有限公司2×300 MW高硫煤火力发电机组脱硫系统设备频繁发生故障,并伴随着设备使用寿命缩短等问题,通过大量的运行分析、数据比对和试验论证,总结分析了一级吸收塔密度对系统和故障发生的影响,就如何通过控制浆液密度来提高设备运行效能,提出了具体解决方案,并对取得的成效做出分析和说明。
The equipment of the desulfurization system of the 2×300 MW thermal generating unit with high-sulfur coal frequently malfunctions and its service life consequently shortens.Based on abundant operational analyses,data comparisons and experimental verifications,this paper summarizes and analyzes the influence of density of the first-order absorption tower on the system and the occurrence of the faults.Besides,it presents relevant solutions to enhance the operational efficiency of the equipment by controlling the density of the slurry.Finally,it analyzes and illustrates the results achieved.
