摘要
提出了一种基于多利益方主体的配电网电化学储能系统商业模式。综合考虑不同投资主体、维护主体和使用主体之间的需求和权责,对利益分配、租赁回收以及成本回收周期等问题进行研究,从而形成一种以"优势互补、合作共赢"为原则的新型商业模式。所提商业模式有助于储能系统发挥其经济效益,进而推动电化学储能系统在配电网中的商业化进程,实现优化能源结构、促进节能减排、达到可持续发展的目标。
This paper presented a new business model of electrochemical energy storage system based on multi-stakeholders. Considering the needs and responsibilities between the different investment subjects,the maintenances and the users,and researching the problems of interest distribution and rental recovery and the cycle of cost recovery,a new business mode with the principle of " complementary advantages and win-win cooperation" was proposed. The proposed business model is conducive to the energy storage system to play its economic benefits,is good for accelerating the commercialization process of the electrochemical energy storage system in the distribution network,thus the energy structure can be optimized,the energy can be saved,the emission can be reduced,and the sustainable development can be achieved.
