摘要
几十年来我国教学发展经历了从关注"教师教"向关注"学生学"的转变,对"教"与"学"任何一个维度的片面重视都会导致作为整体的"教学"的异化,都将对新时代我国教育的发展产生不良影响。因而以高效能为抓手促进"教"与"学"的有机融合对推进新时代我国教学发展具有积极意义。以高效能为抓手促进"教"与"学"的有机融合表现为以教学的"高效率""合目标""可持续"为导向实现"教"与"学"之间的有机融合,这三个维度的要求落实在新时代我国教学的语境中,具体表现为以实现教学质量和效率的提升为基本内容、重视教学目标的正确导向、兼顾教学结果的良好与教学过程的积极性三个方面的要求。
In recent decades,China's teaching development has transformed from focusing on"teachers'teaching"to focusing on"students'learning".The unilateral attention to any dimension of"teaching"and"learning"will lead to the alienation of"instruction"as a whole.Therefore,exploring the teaching reform of organic integration of"instruction"with high efficiency as the starting point is of positive significance to the educational development in our country.Specifically speaking,we should take the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency as the basic content,attach more importance to the correct guidance of teaching objectives,give consideration to the good teaching results and the positive process,and realize the organic integration of"teaching"and"learning".
