摘要
学校效能问题是教育发展达到一定水平之后显现出来的深层次问题。学校效能是教育主体有效实现教育目标的能力,具有根本性、合目的性、全面性、整体性、经济性、主体性、潜在性和持久性八个特征。学校效能可以通过方向、质量、效率、内容、方法、增值、主体的自身发展和基础条件八个维度来进行评价和改进。
School effectiveness issues are deep level issues emerged after educational development has reached a certain level. School effectiveness is the ability of educational subjects to effectively achieve their educational aims, with the 8 characteristics of being fundamental, suitable for the objective, comprehensive, integrated, economic, subjective, potential and constant. School effectiveness can be evaluated and improved through 8 dimensions such as direction, quality, efficiency, content, method, increment, personal development and basic conditions of subjects.
