摘要
随着基础教育改革的日益深化,我国中小学教师评价研究逐渐兴起。研究者们普遍关注教师评价的理念、目标、内容、方法和结果运用。当前,中小学教师评价理念从绩效管理取向走向专业发展取向;评价目标从狭隘化走向多元化;评价内容从基于“行为—结果”走向基于专业标准;评价方法呈现出量化与质性相结合的趋势;评价结果的运用应关注教师的未来发展。
With the deepening of the reform of basic education,the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers is gradually rising.Researchers generally pay attention to the concept,objectives,content,method and result application of teacher evaluation.At present,the evaluation concept of primary and secondary school teachers has changed from performance management orientation to professional development orientation,the evaluation objectives have changed from narrow to diversified,and the evaluation content has changed from“behavior-result”to professional standard.The evaluation method shows a trend of combining quantification and quality.The application of evaluation results should pay attention to the future development of teachers.
