摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合口服避孕药治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月至2019年3月在我院就诊的200例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组口服避孕药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的血清FSH水平均降低,E2水平均升高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的血清FSH水平低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Kupperman评分均降低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的Kupperman评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的用药不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合口服避孕药治疗卵巢早衰的效果显著优于单用口服避孕药,不但使卵巢早衰患者的临床症状得以改善,又降低了用药不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with oral contraceptive in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods From March 2015 to March 2019,200 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral contraceptive,and the study group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the serum FSH level of the two groups decreased and the E2 level increased(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum FSH level of the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the E2 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman score of both groups decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the Kupperman score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of medication in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with oral contraceptive is better than oral contraceptive alone in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.It not only improves the clinical symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure,but also reduces the incidence of adverse reactions of medication.It is worth promoting and applying.
