摘要
目的研究尼尔雌醇联合奥硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将108例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组54例,对照组采用尼尔雌醇治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合应用奥硝唑栓治疗,两组疗程均为7d,疗程结束后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、治疗前后阴道pH值变化及治疗前后血清雌二醇水平。结果实验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组治疗后阴道pH值均小于治疗前,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者治疗后血清雌二醇水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼尔雌醇联合奥硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎取得了较好的临床效果,有效地降低了阴道pH值,抑制了细菌繁殖,提高了血清雌二醇水平,提高了患者的生活质量,用药方便,利于患者操作。
Objective To study the clinical effects of nylestriol combined with ornidazole suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,54 patients in each group.The control group was taken with nylestriol,and the experimental group was taken with ornidazole suppository on the basis of the control group,and the treatment course were 7 days.The treatment total efficiency rate,vaginal pH value changes before and after treatment,and serum estradiol levels before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total efficiency rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant ( P<0.05).The vaginal pH value in the experimental group and the control group after treatment were all less than that before treatment,the differences were significant ( P<0.05);the differences for the experimental group and the control group after treatment were not significant ( P>0.05).The serum estradiol levels in the experimental group after treatment were higher than that before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nylestriol combined with ornidazole suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis has achieved better clinical outcome,it can reduce vaginal pH value,inhibit bacterial growth,increase serum estradiol levels and improve the patient′s quality of life.The medication is beneficial to patients operating.
