摘要
钻井井控设备是油气井压力控制、监测的重要装置,在钻井过程中,由于受到地层压力、地层流体的影响,极易发生井喷或者溢流事故,而井控设备通过对各种数据参数的有效监测,能够第一时间发出预警信号,以避免安全事故的发生。因此,保证井控设备正常的工作运转状态在钻井作业全过程当中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。本文结合钻井井控设备的配套标准以及常见故障,针对井控设备的管理策略展开论述。
the drilling well control equipment is an important device of oil and gas Wells pressure control,monitoring,and in the process of drilling,due to the influence of formation pressure,formation fluid,extremely easy blowout or spill accident,and well control equipment through the effective monitoring of various data parameters,can immediately issued a warning signal,in order to avoid the happening of safety accidents. Therefore,ensuring the normal operation of well control equipment plays an irreplaceable role in the whole process of drilling operations. This paper discusses the management strategy of well control equipment based on the supporting standards and common faults of well control equipment.
