摘要
由于井下地层压力的作用,油井作业施工过程中存在井喷风险,需要下入防喷工具避免井喷事故。防喷装置包括油套环空防喷、油管内防喷两种工具。针对井控防喷工具进行了优选。免投送防喷锚定一体化管柱、可环空测试井下丢手防喷管柱及电泵井浮子式丢手防喷管柱用于油套环空;抽油机井大泵防喷脱接器、螺杆泵井提拉式防喷油管锚用于油管内。应用结果表明,优化后井下防喷工具一次防喷成功率达100%,可有效避免出现环境污染及安全事故等问题;因此,采取井控防喷措施可确保油田安全、绿色、高效开发。
Because of the effect of formation pressure under well,the risk of blowout exists in the process of oil well operation and blowout prevention tools are needed to avoid blowout accidents.The blowout preventer includes two kinds of tools:oil casing annulus blowout preventer and tubing blowout preventer.The well control and blowout prevention tools are optimized.The non-delivery anti-blow-out anchor integrated pipe string,the dropping hand anti-blow-out pipe string under annulus test well and the floating hand anti-blow-out pipe string in electric pump well are used in the annulus of oil casing The big pump blowout preventer and the screw pump well pull type blowout preventer pipe anchor are used in the tubing.The application results show that the success rate of the optimized downhole blowout preventer is up to 100%,which can effectively avoid the problems of environmental pollution and safety accidents.Therefore,taking well control blowout preventer measures can ensure safe,green and efficient oilfield development.
