浅析提高井控设备使用可靠性的对策与成效 被引量:6

摘要 大庆油田随着石油勘探区域逐渐扩大、勘探深度不断增加以及国外市场不断扩展,高压、高产、高含硫等复杂压力层系气井正显著增加,井控风险越来越大。井控设备作为油气井压力控制、监测的重要装置,其使用的可靠性对钻井的安全施工至关重要。分析了限制井控设备使用可靠性的关键因素,从提高井控设备维修及检测能力和提升井控培训管理水平两方面提出了优化对策,并取得了显著成效,助力油田实现了钻井本质安全。 With the gradual expansion of oil exploration area,the continuous increase of exploration depth and the continuous expan-sion of foreign market in Daqing Oilfield,the number of gas wells with high pressure,high yield,high sulfur and other complex pres-sure formations is increasing significantly,and the risk of well con-trol is increasing.As an important device for pressure control and monitoring of oil and gas wells,the reliability of well control equipment is very important for the safe operation of drilling.This paper analyzes the key factors limiting the reliability of well con-trol equipment,and puts forward optimization countermeasures from two aspects of improving the maintenance and detection abili-ty of well control equipment and improving the management level of well control training,which has achieved remarkable results and helped the oilfield to realize the intrinsic safety of drilling.
