摘要
近年来,随着我国科学技术的不断发展,我国科学技术水平整体有所提高。在钻井工作开展的过程中,为了能够提前预测井喷甚至其他事故发生的概率,可以利用钻井井控设备进行探测,根据检测数据,一旦发现有事故发生的可能性之后,可以提前预测报警,帮助工作人员制定详细的治理方案,因此,需要严格控制钻井井控设备的质量和安全。主要针对钻井井控设备在使用过程中所出现的故障问题进行合理的分析,并提出解决方案,以解决现阶段钻井井控设备频繁出现故障的问题,进而提高我国钻井工程开展的顺利性和可靠性。
In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology in China,the overall level of science and technology has improved.For example,in order to predict the probability of blowout or even other accidents in advance,we can use drilling well control equipment to detect,according to the possibility of accident,we can predict the alarm in advance to help the staff develop a detailed management plan.Therefore,the quality and safety of drilling well control equipment are strictly controlled.This paper mainly analyzes the fault problems in the use of drilling well control equipment,and puts forward solutions,hoping to solve the problem of frequent failure of drilling well control equipment at this stage,and then improve the stability and reliability of drilling projects in China.
