摘要
利用传感器采集的钻井数据,综合录井仪对钻井钻进过程进行实时监测与简单分析,对异常波动数据进行实时监测,异常数据超出限制范围时,通过报警装置发出报警。实践证明,综合录井仪具有对钻井事故的预测作用,综合录井仪通过详细监测各种钻井数据在一定程度上减少或避免了事故的发生。具有信息模式识别能力和自学习能力的人工神经网络把取自多传感器的信号作为输入信号,经过理论分析、事故记录、模拟实验和学习训练处理后,用较少的时间做出决策,保证实时诊断事故,及时排除故障并给出故障发展趋势及处理决策,实现了对钻井故障的实时诊断,综合录井仪和钻井神经网络故障智能诊断系统的结合保证了钻井工程的安全。监测、诊断、调节控制功能的集成是实现全自动化钻井的发展方向。
Based on in-situ data analysis,the paper explained in detail the real-time monitoring of comprehensive logging instrument to drilling parameters,analyzed the relation between the change of different parameters and the drilling falure,discussed the function of comprehensive logging instrument predicting and dealing with the drilling fault simply.The use of the comprehensive logging instrument reduces or avoids drilling fault.The drilling expert system is very necessary instrument of assuring drilling safe.The system builds the knowledge storage by collecting knowledge of many experts who do well in different domains.It infers the causes and mechanism of occurring fault.At the same time,it gives the development trend and treatment methods of fault.The expert intelligent control system can control automatically the fault parameter.It is a new drilling development orientation to integrate monitoring,diagnosing and controlling together.
