摘要
体育类院校的职业性、操作性和技术性决定了其师资队伍应不断向“双师型”教师转变,建立一支人员精干、结构合理、特色鲜明的双师型师资队伍,既是新时期新情势的要求,又是提升高校人才培养质量的战略性措施,其根本目的是为了提高教师技能素质,提升教学质量,强化自身特色。
The professionalism,operability and technicality of sports colleges determine that their faculty should continuously change to"double-type"teachers.It is demanded that establishing a double-type faculty with talented personnel,reasonable structure and distinctive features in the new era and situation.They are also strategic measures to improve the quality of personnel training of colleges.Promoting skills of teachers,improving the quality of teaching,and strengthening their own characteristics are fundamental purposes.
