摘要
高校"双师型"教师队伍的建设关系到应用型高校办学质量的提高,决定着应用型高校能否实现可持续发展。培养"双师型"教师,完善相关政策、制度是前提,增加投入是保障,建立和完善"双师型"教师培养的激励和保障机制是重点,探索"双师型"教师培养的有效途径是抓手。
The training of teachers with dual qualifications decides teaching quality and sustainable development of applied colleges. To nurture teachers with dual -qualification, perfecting the related policies is a precondition, increasing the investment is a guarantee, seting up and improving the motivation system is a key, and the exploration of effective training mode is a starting point.
