论高校“双师型”师资队伍建设问题及其路径——以强化实践动手能力为导向 被引量:4

摘要 加强"双师型"师资建设,是改变传统的以"理论教学"为主转向以"实践教学"为主的重要举措,是培养以就业为导向,强化实践动手能力,满足社会需求的高素质复合型人才的关键。文章以经济学供需角度为出发点,以企业对人才的需求调研现状为依据,从企业对高层次专门应用型人才需求的角度研究"双师型"教师培养,并在分析"双师型"师资队伍建设所面临的主要问题的基础上,提出对策建议。 Developing a group of double-competency teachers is an important way of changing the "traditional teaching" to "practice teaching" and cultivating high-quality compound talents our society needs for employment-oriented and practical ability.This paper,according to the supply-demand relationship in economics,based on the survey of the business demand for talents,and from the angle of the business demand for advanced application talents,studies the training of double-competency teachers.On the basis of the main problems of the teaching staff construction,the paper puts forward some suggestions.
