摘要
河南省民办高校教育发展迅速,但也存在一些问题,尤其是师资队伍建设方面,存在如:对师资队伍建设重视不够、结构不合理、流动性过大等问题。要克服这些问题,河南省民办高校需要从政府扶持、积极改善自身管理制度等方面采取措施,达到加强师资队伍建设、实现河南省民办高校的可持续发展。
Along with the rapid development of private higher ed-ucation in He＆#39;nan Province, there are also some problems, espe-cially faculty building, such as inadequate attention to the teach-ing staff, irrational structure and excessive liquidity. To overcome these problems, measures should be taken from government sup-port, active self-improvement of management system, so as to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and achieve sustain-able development of private colleges in He＆#39;nan Province.
